Half Term Workshops

Let your young ones loose during The Life and Times of Milton Keynes Gallery exhibition. All half term workshops are run by a professional artist.

5-8 year olds: Wednesday 2 June 10am - 12 noon or 1pm - 3pm, £7.50
Children will work with an artist and storyteller to create a fictional story inspired by different exhibitions at the Gallery over the last 10 years.

8-12 year olds: Thursday 3 June 10am - 3pm, £15
Taking on the role of curator for the day, participants will work with an artist to develop ideas and artwork for an imaginary exhibition taking place in 2020.

Parent & Toddler Session: Friday 4 June 10am - 11.30am
Toddlers £3.50, parents & guardians free.
Explore art, materials and textures with your toddler. Tea and coffee available for parents & guardians.


Saturday Art Trolley
Every Saturday from 11am–1pm
Don’t forget this regular drop in session featuring free activities based on the exhibition. No need to book. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Suitable for ages 4–12.

Explorer Kits
Enjoy exploring the exhibition with your child by trying the activities in our explorer kits. Available to borrow free of charge from the Information Desk. Suitable for ages 3-7.
